The tragic story of Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet, the two lovers of Verona , who have achieved immortality for the stubborn strength of a love which endured beyond the grave. Against the backdrop of the fierce hatred between their two families, Romeo and Juliet are secret lovers and want to marry. |

Arthur Pita , the well-known Portuguese choreographer has created a highly original choreography for the legendary play, which is undoubtedly William Shakespeare's most deeply moving tragedy.

This theatre company, comprising twelve dancers, eight of whom are physically disabled, have learning disabilities or sensory impairments, offers an extremely unusual contemporary ballet with a beautiful and moving modern choreography. The work of this company based in Madeira , Portugal , is highly professional and draws its inspiration from contemporary dance which offers an excellent vehicle for transcending barriers and removing prejudices towards disability.
