In the service of a social economy without shores

For 25 years, Foundation Co-operative Credit dedicates itself to the support of a social economy without shores, that is to say opened on the world and innovations.

T he action of Foundation does not raise classical patronage: extending in the field of patronage the action of Co-operative Credit, she ties lasting partnerships with the movements of the social economy, stocks of which she shares.

The research in social economy constitutes one of its main axles of intervention.

Besides, to answer the diversity of the sector of social economy and the multiplicity of his actors, Foundation acts in many other domains: access to the citizenship of the persons handicapped by culture, struggle against exclusion, sustainable development and environment, international solidarity, social entrepreneuriat , etc.

Anxious with encouraging also the initiatives of ground, Foundation accompanies every year of many regional actions with strong economic, social, cultural or technological gain.

Whatever is his domain of intervention, Foundation always registers its action in length. Foundation was rewarded by Admical three times, and notably for its commitment beside the Festival ORPHEE in 2007 .

ORPHEE : contribute to a full citizenship

The citizenship of the persons in situation of disability implicates their full and whole participation in the life of the city.

To allow to the artists in situation of disability to step out very and their professionalism as part of a festival of a big artistic requirement, to contribute to make it future of the full citizens, such are purposes d' ORPHEE, first European festival "Théâtre and Disability " .

The Group Co-operative Credit is the historical banking partner of the cultural sector and of associations in load of handicapped persons. It is therefore very naturally that Foundation Co-operative Credit registered, in its historical axles, the access to the citizenship of the persons handicapped by culture and positioned as main patron of the arts and founder linked to the creation of the Festival ORPHEE .

The Festival ORPHEE, today installed well in the French cultural landscape, is an invitation not to remain any more observers behind the scenes, but become actors of a more human society.

This action of crossed patronage, linking cultural initiative and citizenship of the handicapped persons, was greeted and admitted in 2007, with Price Admical-Télérama, as well as by 2 nominations to Trophies of APAJH and to the Phoenixes of the Union Of The Advertisers (UDA).
